5. Queen of Hearts | “Not invited”
In retrospect we all know that she was in fact invited later on. But knowing what comes after this does not make this scene any less heartbreaking for me - on the contrary in fact. Regina’s life is full of misery, mistakes and…. well, bad choices. And making the right choice (by correcting a bad one she makes earlier in the ep) not only gets her heartbreak here, but it ends up setting the stage for her oh so disastrous and painful set back ensured by Mommy Dearest.
I want to make them bow. I want their kneecaps to crack and freeze on the stones. I want their necks to break from bending.
